End User License Agreement (EULA) – Pixer View

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Nexion Digital SRL (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of the Pixer View software application (“Application”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Nexion Digital SRL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Application on your device for personal or commercial use, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application

Copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Application

Use the Application in any unlawful manner

Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security or licensing mechanisms

3. Ownership

The Application and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Nexion Digital SRL. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Functionality and File Access

Pixer View provides tools for browsing, viewing, and managing files and folders selected by the user, including operations such as opening, renaming, duplicating, and deleting files.

All file access and actions are initiated by the user. You acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for any file operations performed using the Application

The Application does not monitor or control your files beyond your direct actions

Deleted files may be moved to the system recycle bin, depending on system behavior

5. No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexion Digital SRL shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of data, files, or profits

System or hardware issues

arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Application.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update or modify the Application at any time, with or without notice. This Agreement may also be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Application.

9. Third-Party Components

The Application may include or rely on third-party components or system services (such as Windows features). These are subject to their own respective terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Microsoft Store Compliance

If you acquired the Application through the Microsoft Store, you acknowledge that:

Your use of the Application must also comply with Microsoft Store policies
