Pixer View uses the `runFullTrust` capability to enable standard desktop file system interactions such as browsing folders and performing file operations.

This capability is used strictly for:

* Accessing user-selected directories

* Managing files as requested by the user

* Launching files or folders using Windows default handlers

It is not used for:

* Background monitoring

* Accessing sensitive system data

* Elevating privileges

* Collecting or transmitting user information
